Spitzer's Eyes Perfect For Spotting Diamonds in The Sky.

Eyes are usually linked to the Moon and Sun positions but I have noticed that they are also linked to Mercury position ( ex: Mercury XII House = Bad vision) .

Moreover, I have noticed that people with Jupiter in Scorpio or important planets in Scorpio have unusual eyes. Most of the time, people with Jupiter in Scorpio have Blue eyes or something beautiful in the eyes.

According to me, Scorpio sign is related to the symbol of "VISION", a vision of the future (Uranus is exalted in Scorpio).

The fact is that Eliot Spitzer has obviously unusual, beautiful blue eyes.
