This guy Jesse Garon is the only "Jesse Garon" of the planet. He is a french singer. He took Elvis brother's name on purpose and began his career of singer identifying him and copying Elvis appearance. He then began identifying a dead or "murdered" man: maybe we can find the answer on this Chart?
